Lock your doors and windows, Mad Dog McCree's coming back. Publisher Digital Leisure has announced that the FMV shooter, which was re-released on the Wii back in 2009, is heading to the US PlayStation Network this week.
The PS3 version will come with PS Move support, as well as a host of new features - including four-player co-op, remastered footage and a revamped scoring system. All of the original play modes from the 'classic' will remain intact, too.
Mad Dog McCree was lauded back in 1990 for its use of full-motion video and interactive cinematics, which were the gaming fad equivalent of 3D movies at the time. As well as the arcade, it saw a release on the ill-fated Panasonic 3DO, Philips CD-i and SEGA Mega CD systems. It also featured in an episode of GamesMaster.
It will be released on the US PSN tomorrow, January 22. No release date has been announced for Europe yet.
