PS Vita owners, get ready - Sony is finally ready to spill the beans on when you can expect to take advantage of the PlayStation Plus subscription service. Following a system update (v2.00) on November 20, anyone with a Vita will be able to subscribe and get access to an Instant Game Collection and a host of cloud features.
Subscribers will get full access to four games a month on PS Vita, and Sony has revealed that the first titles on offer include Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Gravity Rush and Chronovolt. Exclusive discounts, automatically synched trophies and 1GB cloud storage for game saves are among the perks handheld users can enjoy.
PlayStation Plus on PS Vita comes with no additional charge to those of you who have already signed up for the service on PlayStation 3. A bold move from Sony, if ever we saw one. For those who are interested in signing up for the first time, 90-day subscriptions are available for £11.99 and 1-year subs are £39.99.
