With a ¥48.3 billion loss for the nine month period ending December 2011, compared to a profit of ¥49.5 billion in the previous period, Nintendo via president Satoru Iwata has announced the 'major markets' launch of the Wii U.According to Reuters, "Nintendo will launch a successor to its Wii game console in the U.S. and other key markets in time for the crucial year-end shopping season later this year, Nintendo President Satoru Iwata told reporters on Thursday."
This means the United States, Europe, Australia and Japan will get the console/controller in time for December 25th.
