Batman Arkham City to Support All Kinds of 3D
Ahead of Gamescom, Warner Bros has announced that Batman: Arkham City will support stereoscopic and anaglyphic 3D for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC platforms.

It follows in the footsteps of the Game of the Year release of predecessor Batman: Arkham Asylum, which included anaglyphic 3D and a pair of fancy red-and-blue shades. Not sure if you'll need to provide your own for the console versions when Arkham City is released, but this way you can see Bruce Wayne's rippling pecks pop out of the screen whether you have a compatible HDTV or not.

PC gamers will get to enjoy stereoscopic 3D on GeForce GPU-equipped desktops and notebooks, as well as any compatible 3DTVs. You can thank NVIDIA 3D Vision technology for that. Yeah!

Of course, the fact that Batman: Arkham City is right around the corner is perhaps more exciting than the 3D. Hurry up and get here already, 21st October!
