New Game from Bayonetta Dev is Max Anarchy
PS3 and Xbox 360 title gets some details
Bayonetta dev, Platinum Games, is bringing PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 title Max Anarchy to the world via SEGA this very year.
The game is an online action combat outing with, according to Famtisu, "support for large numbers of players".
The game's producer Atsushi Inaba apparently thinks that Max Anarchy invents a genre called "Massively Multiplayer Melee Fighting Action".
Andriasang states that "The game will have at its base an offline story mode with a solid story. On top of this will be a variety of options that allow players to enjoy themselves online. These will include cooperative elements in addition to free-for-all combat."
Inaba revealed that Jack, the main character in Platinum's MadWorld, will be playable.
