Players of the popular FPS title Call of Duty: Black Ops have breached a server storing patient information for 230,000 people, it can be revealed.According to a spokeswoman for ID Experts, Lisa MacKenzie, the anonymous hackers utilised bandwidth of the hacked server, belonging to New Hampshire-based Seacoast Radiology in order to play the title. Patients were warned on Tuesday of the server security breach. The hackers are believed to be located in Scandinavia but Mackenzie remained tight-lipped upon this understanding.
The breach took place on November 12th due to a member of admin noticing a loss of bandwidth on the server. The cause of the breach has been rectified by experts recruited by Seacoast Radiology and the breach was reported to the federal Department of Health and Human Services and New Hampshire's attorney general.
