By Mark JohnsonA German Amazon listing has popped up suggesting that the upcoming stripped-down version of the Xbox 360 s will include 4GB of storage. The
listing puts the release date of the hardware, which it calls the 'Xbox 360 4 GB Arcade System Bundle', as August 20th. That's right in the middle of Gamescom, suggesting the unit will be officially announced during the conference.
Whether the 4GB of storage will be internal or come in the form of a bundled memory stick isn't clear.
At the time of publishing no price is listed against the console, though
MCV pins it at €149.99. Microsoft previously
confirmed that there will be a cut-down version of the 360 s with a US price of $199.99, though details of what it will include weren't available at the time.
The 250GB 360 s is due for release on Friday at £199.99.
