Scooby Doo and the Mystery Inc gang are beaming into two all-new games for the Game Boy Advance and PlayStation. THQ is set to release the Game Boy Advance version of Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase on October 19, with the PlayStation version following hot on its heels on November 2.
The game is jam-packed with a chilling array of monsters and villains. You'll find the usual suspects, Fred, Daphne, Shaggy, Velma and of course Scooby, gathering clues and setting traps as they try to unmask the identity of the Phantom Virus terrorising the local University. Their mission is to super-sleuth their way from mystery to mystery, fending off a variety of vicious villains in a non-violent manner, while picking up boxes of Scooby Snacks along the way.
With artwork and game levels inspired from the cartoon series, including locations such as the Roman Coliseum, a videogame arcade and the creepy Ocean Boardwalk, players can immerse themselves in the parallel universe that is Cyber Chase. You can solve mysteries with Scooby and the gang until either the villain is unmasked, the meter needs feeding or the batteries run low, whichever happens first. The only thing that could possibly be more fun than Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase is being able to hang out with the Mystery Inc boys and girls for real.
