The Japanese promotion for the PlayStation Move has begun in full force, with the announcement that the peripheral will launch in the region on 21st October with six launch titles.
EyePet, Sports Champions, Beat Sketch, High Velocity Bowling, Kung Fu Rider and Big 3 Gun Shooting will be the games available when the Motion Controller (priced at ¥3,980 - £30) and the Navigation Controller (¥2,980 - £22) hit store shelves. A 'PlayStation Move Starter Pack' will feature a Motion Controller, PlayStation Eye and a copy of Beat Sketch.
Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition will be compatible with the Move from day one, too - and a free software update will allow those who already own the game to add functionality for the device. A store bundle that includes a copy of RE5 Gold Edition, a Motion Controller and a PlayStation Eye is planned.
Beyond the launch titles, SCEJ has revealed a shortlist of upcoming games - including a new Ape Escape (at last!). You can see a bunch of these titles in a promotional video that was released - watch it below.
