Treyarch Getting Sends a Call of Duty to Designers
Looks like Treyarch is asking for a bit of help with its next Call of Duty project, with the developer’s website featuring a job vacancy for a ‘Level Builder’ to work on next year’s instalment.

“Level Design teams are comprised of a Scripter and a Level Builder working closely together on one or more levels in the game," reads the job opening.

But it's not all about the design, the ideal candidate will also have to "Research subject matter for history and look of the level."

History is it? Maybe as far back as, for example, WWII?

Call of Duty games are developed in tandem by lead studio Infinity Ward and Treyarch. The result is a new game in the Activision war franchise gets released every year.

The opening asks for applicants to help brainstorm new gameplay ideas, build levels to take advantage of those ideas and be efficient in the Radiant level editor and other 3D applications. Quite obviously, the page notes that a passion for first person shooters is a must.

If it sounds like the sort of thing you’d do, hit the careers page at Treyarch here.
