Amazon's German PS3 Slim is Deleted

A listing on Amazon's German site for 'PlayStation 3 - Konsole slim' that appeared to confirm the arrival of the cut-down console has now been deleted. It appeared for a short time over the weekend.
The listing had apparently displayed a not-at-all 'slim' price of 499 euro. In the UK, that translates to the launch price of the PS3 - £425. The price and the accompanying illustrations - including the same 'fake' box that has been doing the rounds of the Internet for some months now - were, however, added by an Amazon user.
