As the tension mounts surrounding the upcoming Kojima Productions announcement, a couple more hints have snuck out into the world.
Firstly, CVG has put up an image from PSW of a tease for the next Kojima game. The text tells us that the magazine knows what the game is and will spill the beans next month. Well, by the looks of it we'll know at E3, so that's not too much help. Also included, however, is the silhouette of someone who bears a resemblance to the lead in Lord of Shadow, another Konami game.
Lord of Shadow was announced last summer and is being developed by Spanish dev Mercury Steam, however. Given that, we'd be surprised if Konami had gone through all this hoopla to let us know that Kojima Productions is simply lending a hand.
We also have two slices of YouTube footage. These apparently feature issue 998 of Famitsu... featuring Ocelot from the Metal Gear series. So, another Metal Gear game? Could be. This could, of course, be a fake. See the videos below and make of them what you will. Oh, issue 998 of Famitsu came on in 2008.
In the meantime, 15 hours until the latest countdown on the teaser site ends.
