Having lost the European publishing deal for Ghostbusters to Sony, Atari's next move is to show up at E3 next month, but not to actually show-off. It will not be exhibiting at the games-fest.
A rep for the company has told Joystiq, that the company has made a "proactive decision to attend but not exhibit at this year's E3 event."
A proactive decision is so much more decisive than an active one.
The same source states that, "It sounds to us like someone is out of cash, which is the word on the street.."
