Marvel liked the idea, so for Spider-Man it created a lady called the Black Cat who runs around in a tight-fitting outfit, likes to nick stuff, has an ambiguous, sometimes-sexual relationship with our hero and is occasionally a goodie. Did we mention the tight-fitting outfit?
