Splash Damage Beefs Up
Splash Damage, the developer behind Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, has named four new appointments - all with solid pedigrees - to its team, pushing the message that it plans to double the size of its staff.

The new staff brought on board are:

· Olivier Leonardi (Rainbow Six: Vegas, Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones) as Art Director;
· Chris Sweetman (Black, Burnout: Paradise) as Audio Director;
· Tim Appleby (Mass Effect) as Lead Character Artist;
· Chris Dawson (Driver, Test Drive, Evil Genius) as Producer.

The company says it will double its workforce to over 60, "as it moves into multi-platform development on an as-yet unannounced title."

The unannounced title in question is being produced in conjunction with Bethesda, as was mentioned back in May.

It's always great to see an independent UK studio doing so well for itself, but never mind what SPOnG thinks! We'll pass you over to Paul Wedgwood, owner of Splash Damage, for a quick bland quote about how chuffed he is - “I couldn't be more excited about this influx of amazing talent to Splash Damage, especially as we start developing for multiple platforms. Their experience and knowledge are a hugely positive contribution to Splash Damage and will help us further establish Splash Damage as one of the up-and-coming studios in the world.”
