Microsoft has cut the price of the Xbox 360 in four Asian territories - Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore.
The news comes via Bloomberg, which reports that "a basic version" (presumably the Core) will drop in price by as much as 20%.
In Taiwan there will be a price cut of 17%, taking it to NT$10,360 (£172). The cut will be by 11% in Hong Kong, while in South Korea the 360 will drop 5.1% to 369,000 won (£187). Singapore gets the biggest cut, with 20% being shaved off the price, bringing it down to S$499 (£186).
The last time the UK saw an Xbox 360 price cut was back in
March, when Microsoft aggressively brought the price of its Core offering to below that of the Wii.
