In a move designed to boost the studio's management team and support its continuing expansion, UK games developer Creature Labs today announced a significant new appointment at their Cambridge-based studio.
Graeme Williams has joined the company as Development Manager and will be running the day-to-day operations of the development teams as well as offering resource management and planning for the ISO 9001 accredited studio. Formerly development manager at Rebellion, Graeme worked on titles such as The Mummy, Rainbow 6, Alien Versus Predator, Mission Impossible and Asterix - Dogmatix' Tale across a wide range of platforms, from PC CD-ROM to Dreamcast and Game Boy Color.
Prior to his position at Rebellion, Williams was studio manager at Psygnosis where he provided support for the teams working on a variety of titles in multiple genres on various platforms.
"We're really pleased to have someone of Graeme's calibre on board," said Chris McKee, Creature Labs' CEO. "His experience in console development will be of enormous value as we move forward into new markets and media sectors."
"I've always admired the work that Creature Labs does," commented Williams. "There's a fantastic atmosphere in the studio and I'm really looking forward to contributing to their success."
