ECTS - 3 September 2000 - Ubi Soft is poised to publish the sequel to esteemed 90's business / economy simulation, Capitalism. Giving you the chance to manage a company from its initial start-up right through to big business success - all within a constant and realistically evolving business world - Capitalism 2 is set to give all would-be entrepreneurs just the business buzz they've been looking for.

So realistic was the original Capitalism that it became more than just a game - it's been drafted into action as a business-teaching tool the world over. Professor Thomas Kosnik, a Lecturer at the Harvard Business School where Capitalism is used, describes the game as a "world class, hands-on learning experience". "Gamers not only learn the subtleties of growing an entrepreneurial business but also learn about the leadership and team building necessary in any business situation".

But as high review scores and mainstream magazine praise attests, it's not all numbers and balance sheets. Computer Gaming World described Capitalism as "hours of fun", PC World called it "the ultimate business sim", and CD-ROM Today hailed it as "an excellent game that shouldn't be missed by anyone with the slightest interest in the subject matter".

Due for release in 2001, Capitalism 2 allows Enlight Software to build on the success of it's predecessor with a host of innovative features:
· Realistic simulation of the complete management of a large company.

· Easy setting for casual gamers, hard setting for those looking for more of a challenge.

· Accessible control method through an intuitive and coherent interface.

· RTS-style learning campaign.

· Evolving city dependant on the players action.

· A wide variety of different business environments (with different politics, opponents, etc.) force the player to adapt.

· Many different opponents with their own behaviour and agenda.

· Competitive multiplayer / online modes.

· Realistic and evolving visuals and animation within the city and factories.
