Experience motor sport's most aggressive exhibition of close contact racing as Codemasters today reveals the playable demo for TOCA Race Driver's enhanced PC edition.
The TOCA Race Driver demo is now available for download from (in the "Downloads" section) and offers an early taste of the game's single-player racing ahead of the full release on March 28.
The demo opens with a test drive at Brands Hatch, behind the wheel of a Proton Satria, then onto a two-lap full race this time in a BTCC Lexus LS200.
The enhanced PC edition of TOCA Race Driver is set to release on March 28 and is hotly tipped to be the circuit racing game of the year. A similarly enhanced edition will also be launched for Xbox on March 28.
TOCA Race Driver's PC and Xbox editions are even fiercer than the best-selling PlayStation 2 original. The new versions will make any driver's adrenaline race with up to 20 cars tearing up the track simultaneously, six more cars than in the original game.
The full game has players racing as a touring car professional in a gaming experience packed with 42 real touring and sports cars, 13 championships and an incredible 38 real-life, internationally renowned, race circuits. The new editions also add a qualifying round to championship races.
