CALABASAS HILLS, Calif. – January 31, 2002 – THQ Inc. (NASDAQ NMS: THQI) plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2001, after the market close on Wednesday, February 13, 2002. THQ will subsequently host a conference call to be broadcast live over the Internet to discuss these results. The Company may also discuss its financial outlook for 2002, the industry outlook and other matters.
