Singularity to Debut at ECTS

London, England – Singularity Software Limited, is excited to announce that, in conjunction with its casual gaming sister company Brightstar Entertainment Limited, that they are going to debut the new organisation to the world at this year’s ECTS (European Computer Trade Show) in London, England. Hailed as Europe’s premier interactive entertainment expo, the show, to be held on September 2-4, 2001, will certainly give the new company the ability to showcase its new product line.

“This is a great opportunity to launch Singularity and the new titles,” stated Noel Hargrave, Managing Director. “Singularity will showcase a variety of titles that will be ready in the fall of this year, and we are very excited in the potential of the Singularity range, and in particular the first two titles.”

One title is Cycling Manager from Cyanide, a highly competitive game whereby you serve as the Team Manager of a professional cycling team. The game features a multitude of in-game and management features as you manage your team and its superstars throughout a single race or an entire season. The title also covers all the major races including the Tour de France and also features a big online gaming element.

Another title that will be showcased is Team Factor. This impressive stand-alone multiplayer/online game is inspired by ‘Shadow’ military operations and is designed push the boundary’s of online gaming with teams of up to twenty human players in each of the three teams operating real time. The game comes loaded with a variety of missions, environments, objectives and customisable character development. The game enables the player to develop his or her favourite way of play and fighting style, as well as customisable weaponry specialisations. Each created character will be unique and therefore recognisable to the other players by his or her personal ability and record.

During ECTS, Singularity and Brightstar (along with casual game developer IncaGold) can be located at stand #1660. Brightstar’s successful range of casual games and IncaGold’s product line will also be on display. In addition, Singularity titles will also be on display at the Planet Distribution booth #1514. This will mark the first time that all three partners will be represented at the same time and place.
