Stuart joined the games industry in 1996 working as a tester for Etchinghill Studios. After building several Quake levels in his spare time Stuart was hired by Psygnosis as a designer on G-Police 2. During his work on G-Police2 Stuart designed and built half of the levels in the game, as well as many of the in game cut scenes, secret missions and demos, before leaving to join Wayward in May 1999.
Stuart Maine's first video game work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1999 title, "G-Police: Weapons of Justice" (PlayStation) as Programmer.
