First job out of college (92-95) worked for Dorling Kindersley as DTP editor and writer. DK's successful Multimedia Department spurred first interest in interactive media.
Went into CD-ROM production to learn more.
1996 started work as a producer for Online Magic, one of UK' s first web companies (became Agency.com in 1998). Learnt a lot more and made lots of friends. ;-) Produced large-scale sites for Channel 4 and Boots the Chemist. Also first experience of LAN gaming - Quake in the lunchbreaks...
Founded BOMB Productions in 1998 with intention of concentrating on interactive entertainment, specifically concentrating on the crossover into TV.
BOMB built and maintained Channel 4.com, filmfour.com, as well as building award-winning sites for Lego. Built GWR radio group backend.
Also during this time worked as a writer for Lego - writing scripts and directing for a number of Lego Interactive products (most recently SpyBotics) using their RCX Mindstorms technology.
Produced two interactive dramas - two.minutes.com in 1999 based around the eclipse, and Mazehouse.tv for the Sci-Fi Channel in 2001.
FightBox commissioned in December 2001, formed a joint venture with Ricochet Digital to produce, officially started work September 2002 after we found the last of the money, and been pretty much been flat out since getting it into production...
