Mark started out as an Apple II developer in the 1980s, later working in artificial intelligence. He went on to found several start-up companies including Clearway Technologies, a widely respected Macintosh Internet company (1995-2001). Granted US Patents on distributed Internet acceleration technologies. As of 2008, Mark is a Principal Engineer at Veracode, developing advanced application security systems.
