Yes, at the Wonder Festival 2014 SEGA has teamed up with Takara Tomy to produce what maybe simply one fabulous prototype of Megatron the MegaDrive.
As MCV notes, "t’s not a functioning console. And the bot mode can probably best be described as “questionable”. There also appears to be some sort of USB connection involved although in what capacity is impossible to say."
