Activision has announced that Xbox 360 owners will be able to grab the next Call of Duty: Black Ops II DLC pack, titled Vengeance, on July 2. That's just before everyone in America goes wild for its July 4 celebrations. Fun times with weapons! The new add-on pack features four new maps - Cove, set in a deserted tropical island; Detour, a destroyed suspension bridge; Rush, a paintball course-turned military combat arena; and Uplink, a re-imagining of original Black Ops map Summit. There's also a new Zombies experience called Buried, set in an old abandoned mining town.
Call of Duty: Black Ops II: Vengeance will be available for 1200 Microsoft Points. PC and PS3 players won't be able to play it before July 4, with Activision noting that it will release at an unspecified later date.
