You can never have too many video game documentaries. Hot on the heels of the campaign to develop a film on the UK industry, From Bedrooms to Billions, an American studio has decided to take a crack at the impact games have had on a worldwide scale.
It's called Video Games: The Movie, and is currently seeking funding on Kickstarter to complete the film. In particular, the studio will use the crowd-sourced money for editing, musical score, archival footage, narration and motion graphics. When finished, it will aim to recount the history of the industry, the culture it has blossomed and the future.
