Nintendo has very sneakily launched the web version of Miiverse, its social networking platform that has previously been exclusive to Wii U consoles.Users can now access the
Miiverse website using a browser on a computer or mobile device. If you don't have a Nintendo Network ID created on a Wii U, then you'll be treated to a 'sample feed' of the best posts and drawings from each community.
Of course, if you do have a Wii U login you can access a few more features, such as your friends' activity feeds, friend lists and notifications. Posting is currently limited to comments on other people's Miiverse musings; you can't make a new post within a community itself just yet, unless you're on a Wii U.
Nintendo also said, during its investor meeting, that Miiverse will be made available for 3DS owners by the end of the year.
