Sad news for the people employed at HMV as the company's administrator Deloitte (which is also handling Blockbuster's ongoing administration) announces some 66 store closures meaning the loss of 930 people's jobs.Even bearing in mind that Hilco UK (which helped to restructure HMV in Canada) has bought the debts of the UK operation and is seeking to restructure locally, that is a huge loss for those people.
