Square Enix has put out a behind-the-scenes video for Contracts, it's user-generated online mode for Hitman: Absolution.
Contracts enables players to set challenges for other players, setting level, targets, weapons and rules for completing the hit. If it all works there won't be much faffing about - you'll set it all up as you play.
