Mass Effect 3 had endings. Some people did not like some of the endings because those endings did not exactly match what they'd dreamt of. According to a Reddit member there is now DLC with even more endings.
Apparently the DLC pack, which is also sort of a director's cut, is called Mass Effect 3: Earth. The leaker says of it that:
"The fighting is fiercest when it's your home at stake! Mass Effect 3: Earth adds mods, gear, and new maps for Rio, Vancouver, and London. It features 3 new weapons: Piranha assault shotgun, Acolyte pistol, and Typhoon light machine gun. Six new human N7 classes are also available: Destroyer, Paladin, Demolisher, Slayer, Shadow, and Fury!
"An expanded ending for Mass Effect 3. Additional scenes and an extended epilogue reveal the impact of Shepard's choices on the future of the galaxy."
Now, bear in mind this same leaker, 'derptemp6698' also "leaked" incredibly accurate information regarding previous Mass Effect DLC and we're either talking someone in retail or the press or someone at Bioware. In the last case, it might be interesting to think of this as an early press release.

My only issue with ME3's endings was that they were all the same ending but with different coloured lighting, if this creates variety within those endings then i shall be happy. I know many people who found the endings too grim won't be pleased, but i reckon i stand a good shot at being given what i want.

Grim can be good, but i think grim being the only possible outcome in a game focused on choice hurts. Looking forward to EC! :D

The Earth DLC is multiplayer... It has nothing to do with SP or the endings.
