The Game Group, which has reported total global sales dropping by 11.4 per cent in the 19 weeks to 12th June has a new CEO to replace Lisa Morgan.
With sales down by 18.5% in the UK and Ireland compared to the same period last year, GAME welcomes former Vodafone UK consumer director Ian Shepherd as chief executive. He takes chair previously occupied by Ms Morgan on June 28th.
Game chairman, Peter Lewis, commented that the new CEO has “a proven track record” working with brands, customer relationship management and supplier partnerships - three areas where the group is strong."
