BBC Radio 4 and Modern Warfare 2 - A 'New Moral Code'
The BBC's august Radio 4 (the serious station for serious folk) decided to discuss Modern Warfare 2 this morning. The Today programme interviewer, Evan Davis, plays out the infamous airport scene, with the question, "Why? What is the attraction?" Also, apparently the game introduces a 'new moral code'.

No one from Activision was there - had they been asked? So, James Binns who, "publishes media at a company called Future" according to the R4 anchor, is hauled into defend the game. Basically, it's no worse than Jack Bauer in 24 and because the BBFC rated it at 18, it's really okay.

Listen to the whole thing - including the Today programme's host attempting to stir up a tiny slice of controversy while Future defends Activision and Infinity Ward's game, here, starting at around 1hour 51 minutes.
