An organisation with a name straight out of a post-apocalyptic, dystopian future: The Global Language Monitor - has decided that the 1,000,000 word in the English language will arrive on June 10th, 2009 at 10:22 am, British Summer Time.
Newspapers such as The Daily Telegraph, The Sun, and The Independent have decided that 'noob' could be that momentous word.
Eh? 'Noob' has already entered the language... what a bunch of lamerz.
That said, we would vote for 'Noob' to be entered into the Oxford English Dictionary. We also want to see, 'Shoryuken!' in there...
