Summary
Koei and Omega Force have always had a knack for retelling some of the greatest war stories known to man. This, coupled with intense action gameplay, is why the Dynasty Warriors series has such an adoring fanbase. Now you have the chance to reshape the course of Asian history once more, via the power of your mighty blade and strong army.
Based on Luo Guanzhong's historical novel, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Dynasty Warriors 7 looks to be the most involved and exciting entry yet! Going past the Battle of Wuzhang Plains for the first time, and adding the Jin Kingdom to the number of factions available, there is greater scope than ever to conquer the land and unite its people.
Some tweaks and improvements have been made to the game to allow for a more immersive experience - The Renbu combat system has been replaced with a mechanic that favours the classic charge-up attack play that was popular in older Dynasty Warriors games, while characters can now become the central focus of their own destiny in the new Conquest Mode.
As well as this, the game takes advantage of PlayStation Move and also offers a stereoscopic 3D experience, making this one of the most immersive action war games to date!
