Summary

Hunted: The Demon’s Forge, is a third-person brawler and all-round action game in which it’s down to the player to take control of a ranged weapon expert called E’lara or a master swordsman by the name of Caddoc in a fight to death using a wide selection of weapons and magical spells to make their way through deep dungeons, strange and over-grown ruins and a series of beleaguered towns. Using stealth and cover tactics as well as brawn and brains the gamer will uncover secrets and succeed in completing co-op-based puzzles.

The plot – set in the Middle Ages – has hordes of hideous and ravaging monsters emerging from underground to menace the terrified townsfolk, who begin to disappear.

It’s up to mercenaries E’lara and Caddoc, with nothing grander than the promise of payment – to track down the missing locals and defeat the demons.

The world of Kala Moor is the venue for the quest. Rendered using the industry standard Unreal 3 engine.

The idea is to use E’lara’s ranged attacks and Caddoc’s meleeing in combination in order to make gruesome co-op kills as well as completing various special attacks. Both the characters can also heal each other from distance. Using the cover system or using straight-out attacks will see the ‘heroes’ making it to the ultimate conclusion.
