Summary

The story begins in a small mountain village somewhere in Europe. An early evening train unloads its last passenger. Stepping out from one of the carriages is a private investigator, whose past is shrouded in mystery. There is an eerie feeling that not all appears as it should. He has been sent to the region to research some bizarre events.

Shade: Wrath of Angels offers thought-provoking action, unimaginable creatures, and a rich, intriguing story millions of years old to unfold. The player will travel from the present to the Middle Ages and other intriguing eras through a special gate. (The player does not choose when and where they will travel to, this is done via the levels and chapters within the game. Each chapter is specific to a period in time!) Hell could easily be unleashed if you make the wrong move.

Through his/her travels, the player will find various weapons: iron pipes, knives, an assortment of hand weapons, as well as shotguns, flame-thrower and even more destructive armaments - all of which may not work on certain enemies, although magic will! The different eras are not limited to certain weapons. Everything you carry and gather - you keep - until you use or consume it. The enemies include human rivals - soldiers, terrorists, civilians from various time zones, along with other damned and undamned priests and even Medieval knights. A collection of gruesome zombies, mutants, ghosts and NPCs are a few of the cast of many! The enemies have two basic senses: sight and hearing, so if you don't want them to see you - hide and keep quiet.

Shade: Wrath of Angels is a story full of twists and turns, along with untold surprises. Through ingenious storytelling, you will endeavour to uncover the truth about many horrors as you unravel the plot. Shade: Wrath of Angels' groundbreaking technology with eye-catching graphics will leave gamers wanting more.
