Summary
The Land Before Time series of feature length animated films has often been mistaken for a Disney creation, but it’s the talent down at Universal that put this wonderful Dino-universe together. The series has inspired several popular video game releases, and The Land Before Time for Game Boy Advance is one of their finest forays into the handheld market.
The curious ‘Brady Bunch’ is wandering into danger once more and this time they’ve found themselves trapped in a cave with a sleeping Sharptooth! Cera has been captured in the desert, Spike is stuck in the middle of a swamp, and Ducky is hiding from a Spiderdon in nearby dark caves. Only Petrie and Littlefoot are remaining, with whom you must embark on a dangerous rescue mission to escape the clutches of the Sharptooth. Intriguing, yes?
Your journey will take you across five unique gaming environments each with four different and equally challenging areas. The level design, sound and animation ensures that the atmosphere that made the films so popular is maintained. Intuitive controls also mean that the game is easy to learn and is well suited to a younger audience.
