Summary

The Raven presents a marriage of classics - a classic mystery wrapped in the classic adventure game format.

Harking back to the detective stories of yesteryear, with a great big nod to the likes of Agatha Christie, the game takes players on a breakneck race across 1960s Europe. Things start off with Swiss constable Anton Jakob Zellner aboard the Orient Express. A priceless jewel, one of the two Eyes of the Sphinx, has been stolen in a daring museum robbery. The robbery has all the hallmarks of a crime committed by legendary burglar The Raven. It wasn't so long ago he was believed dead - has he returned, or is this an imitator? Players will follow his trademark black feathers across the continent to attempt to work it out!

Players must scour environments, thick with atmosphere, for clues and objects they need. Progressing through the game is about putting together the clues and objects to figure out the next piece of the puzzle.

The game has a slick, bright presentation that oozes the class you'd expect of an Agatha Christie mystery. That doesn't mean, however, that it isn't riddled with shadows...

Tread carefully - nothing is what it seems. Everyone has something to hide. And the Raven, as ever, is always one step ahead!
