Players take on the role of Shennong's reincarnation. Shennong was so popular in life that he made the gods jealous, provoking them to use his soul to bind the seals of the Devils of Five Elements instead of allowing him to reincarnate. When Shennong was eventually freed, the seal was broken and the Devils were free to roam again.
Luckily, where there is darkness there is often light, and where there is evil there is good. Today, publisher NGames has released a first look at the Gods of the Five Elements, who will each play an important part in Shennong's perilous new life in Divines of the East.
