Summary
TANK! TANK! TANK! for the Nintendo Wii U brings two things that most people wouldn’t consider compatible until at least Christmas day: battling and partying. As its name suggests, the game sees players controlling war-tanks with amazing weapons to win the day.
Up to four players will drive tanks fighting family and friends and even giant monsters in a variety of modes including Free-for-All and Team Versus modes.
There is also a single-player Campaign Mode in which players can experience and learn all the controls and strategies while levelling up their tanks in combat against a variety of giant enemies.
Battles take place in different environments using the New Controller to control weapons including:
The Plasma Bolt - does what it says in the name.
The Missile Rack - a silo or rack packed with missiles.
The Colossus Missile - one missile that does more than a standard silo in one go.
The Mega-Beam - a laser beam, but a huge one.
The Flamethrower - fire, thrown.. well, shot.
The Machine Gun - similar to a modern-day machine gun used by most armies
If battling giants monsters or granny or both isn’t the right mood for the moment there is also the chance to take a picture with the Wii U camera as you dress up your avatar with helmets, masks and other battling costumes.
