Summary

Since it was first introduced in the late 1960s, Sesame Street has never stood still and its makers have kept looking for new ways to connect with its young audience. Kinect Sesame Street TV is the latest project in that ongoing effort – two-way TV aimed at engaging viewers on a deeper level than ever. For the first time ever, kids can really get stuck in by mixing it up with characters such as Big Bird, Grover, Cookie Monster and Elmo.

Billed as 'interactive TV' rather than a game, Kinect Sesame Street TV enables children to play a part in episodes, learning as they go. Kinect's full body motion sensing and voice recognition mean that no controller is necessary. Kids might, for example, have to stand still while Count von Count... well, counts up to the number of the day. Thanks to Kinect, if they move a muscle the Count will know!

Kids can even step right into the ever-popular Elmo's World to engage with hand-drawn animations and, of course, the little red guy himself.

Thanks to the unique technology of Kinect, Sesame Street TV really brings the popular show to life and gives kids a new way to play and learn.
