Summary

Cricket's a wonderful sport – full of suave and charisma, don't you know. And there are not many people in the game that fit those words better than Freddie Flintoff. On the Nintendo DS, you can now aspire to be Freddie and master his signature skills in this colourful game that brings an arcade flavour to the genre.

There is a bit of realism however, in the fact that the only environment you will get to show off your skills is on the cricket pitch itself. There are five different stadiums from around the world to play in, each faithfully replicated in portable fashion. That's where the realism ends, however, with the core mechanics being of a 'pick up and play' nature.

Your aim, as the legendary Freddie Flintoff, is to become the perfect all-rounder by ploughing through various challenges and tours. There are multiple gameplay and bowling options to tweak the experience to your heart's desire, and an impressive number of different modes on offer, including World Tour, Quick Match 20-20 and Head to Head Multiplayer.

Use the touchscreen to take advantage of intuitive bowling and batting play, and plan ahead as you get double-screen views of the pitch and playing conditions before and during the match. Channel the power of Flintoff and reach the top!
