Summary

The original de Blob took the indie gaming world by storm when it was originally released on PC - as a bounding blot of colour your mission was to make the drab and grey world a wonderful blue-skied wonder once more. It served as a hit on the Wii and DS, and now makes its way to a vast range of platforms for this sequel. Well deserved!

In The Underground, things very much continue from the events of the first de Blob. Comrade Black is still at large, turning the world into a colourless, oppressive one under his boring rules and regiments. How can he get away with this? He’s disguised as Papa Blanc, and intending to rig the upcoming city elections in his favour! Now, more than ever, de Blob is needed to throw a splash of colour to the proceedings.

Prisma City is engulfed in a veil of pollution, so the first task is to remove all of this dreariness - be it through factories, ice stations, bio-domes and underground bunkers. de Blob will be assisted by a robot side-kick named Pinky, who will help in many co-operative ways. And the action will sweep from 3D platforming to 2D action in order to give you the most fun-filled ride yet.
