The volume covers Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire and parts of Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire and Cheshire.
