Summary

They say that in space, no-one can hear you scream. That might be so, but in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II: Chaos Rising, they might just hear the sound of your guns as you fight back the Chaos Space Marines of the Black Legion.

In THQ and Relic's sequel to Dawn of War II, the acclaimed real time strategy franchise, you must return once more to the murky depths of sub-sector Aurelia where an ice planet, long thought lost, has returned from the Warp. You know that it's not bringing back friendly pixies that want to bake you a batch of brownies...

In Dawn of War II: Chaos Rising, you take up command of the Blood Ravens to defend the sector against the Chaos Space Marines. Not only will you have to lay waste to the Chaos filth, you'll have to fight tooth and nail to keep the chapter together as malignant forces work to collapse it from within.

So, what's new this time around? Well, there's new legendary wargear, of course. Then there are new special abilities. There are even, should you wish to forsake your allegiance to the Emperor, new dark and destructive powers to be had.

In multiplayer, you'll be able to swear loyalty to the Chaos Gods and test your savage warband of Chaos Space Marines against the might of the reinforced armies of the Space Marines, Orks, Eldar and Tyranids.
