Summary

The first Dementium game was a perfect lesson in mixing your drinks, with the protagonist waking up in a derelict hospital that's littered with hellish research experiments. Dementium II picks up immediately where we left off, with our unfortunate hero waking up from yet another blackout. This time, however, he's just had brain surgery in a mysterious prison.

So while you try to figure out exactly why you're there and realise that being stuck in a prison after a near-lobotomy isn't good for your health, your aim is to discover a means of escape. Prisons are big places, after all, but it doesn't help that you keep shifting into a strange parallel world. It's sort of distracting.

To add to the Memento-esque nature of the storyline, it appears your character has sent postcards to himself. There's no time to think about any time-travelling escapades, these notes provide clues to your path to freedom. Or do they? Maybe it's the brain surgery catching up with you, but you start to double guess yourself as to whether your journey will end in salvation or damnation...

Featuring an improved save system, an on-screen map, torch and weapon dual-wielding and larger and more expansive environments than the original, Dementium II is a survival horror game in your pocket like no other.
