Summary

So the Wii is good for getting active, it seems. Following in the footsteps of Wii Fit, Wii Sports and Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games to name a few, Activision is offering a chance to hit the slopes and have some wintery fun in Mountain Sports!

Featuring a plethora of thrill-seeking outdoor activities in the snow, Mountain Sports could be just the thing you're looking for if your first thought about the linked Wii Remote and Nunchuk was 'skiing'. Of course, the classic ski slalom is present here, as well as snowboarding, toboggan racing, bobsledding, curling and the biathlon.

For almost all of the games available, you can choose to use either the Wii Remote or the Wii Balance Board accessory, allowing you to full control the action with your feet (or your bum)! Lean from side to side and balance yourself to charge down that slope, or use the motion sensing functions of the Wii Remote to blast past the competition. It's up to you! Choose whichever control method suits you best to win the Winter Sports Festival and become the champion.

With a fun four player mode to truly test your sporting ability, Mountain Sports provides a light-hearted and engaging replication of those winter games that you loved watching on the TV, but never thought to do in person. Take to the slopes for some great family fun.
