Sight Training from Nintendo is designed to help you enjoy relaxing and exercising your eyes, and is supervised by Dr Hisao Ishigaki, a leader in visual training for athletes.
Your eyes' ability to see is measured by more than just mere eyesight. Sight Training for the DS enables you to practise using the five visual abilities with Core and Sports training activities. Do note, however, that the game will help to train your visual abilities, but will not improve the actual strength of your eyesight.
