Summary

A bargain compilation of three of Disney/Pixar's most admired action titles for children, this triple pack features A Bug's Life, Monsters Inc. Scare Island and Toy Story 2.

In A Bug's Life, you experience a bug's eye view of the world. As Flik, an inventive but occasionally over-enthusiastic ant, players must rescue their home colony from a merciless attack by the seed-grubbing grasshoppers. It's time to get down to business and blast those bad bugs with berries, exploding plants, and any other means necessary-because it's squish or be squished in the mother of all insect insurrections.

The Monsters Inc. game takes place on Scare Island, which incorporates three main training grounds - Urban, Desert and Arctic - with each ground housing new scare targets appropriate to their setting. As children are so dangerous to the Monster world, Scare Island's scare targets come in the form of Nerves, a docile branch of the Monster family tree which exists solely to train Scarers. When a Nerve is successfully terrorised, a scream canister is filled and the Nerve is temporarily turned white.

As central characters Mike and Sulley progress through their training, they are rewarded with Certificates of Terror Accomplishment. When the two monsters have finally graduated (and are accepted as fully-fledged employees of Monsters, Inc.) they are offered the opportunity to go through the whole island once again - but this time as Top Scarers. It's a simple premise, but lots of fun.

Lastly, in Toy Story 2, Woody, your best buddy in the whole world, has gone missing. Some dishonest toy collector has kidnapped him. It's up to you - as Buzz Lightyear - to save the day. It's not going to be easy, as the cards are stacked against you. Luckily, you have the help of your fellow toy pals.

The missions in the game include anything from finding Little Bo Peep's sheep to racing cars around a track. Located around the levels are helper characters that will do their best to be of service to you. If you need a clue, talk to Rex. He knows a thing or two about videogames. And this videogame caps this compilation off very nicely.
